The fee for a standard 60-minute therapy session is $105.

Payment can be made by e-transfer, cheque, or cash at the time of your session.

Sliding Scale
A limited number of sliding scale openings are available for those who may need financial flexibility. Please feel free to reach out to discuss current availability.

Michele's sliding scale openings are currently full, however Kathy has sliding scale availability.

Insurance Coverage
Many extended health insurance plans provide coverage for therapy services, including providers such as Blue Cross, Sun Life, Manulife, and others. Since coverage varies by plan, it’s a good idea to check with your provider directly to confirm your eligibility.

Receipts are provided after each session and can be used for reimbursement if applicable.
